A Special Day with Lucy...

On Wednesday January 15th, 2014 we declared it "Sophie and Lucy Day"!

On Thursday January 16th, 2014 we declared it "Megan and Lucy Day"!

And on Friday January 17th we declared it "Jack and Lucy Day"!

They each have their own special and unique relationships with one another, especially with Lucy.  To see the four of them together is amazing, they were made for each other.

Sweet children, and precious memories.

I can't imagine walking the road you are on, but if I am ever called to, I can only hope and pray that I would be able to walk it with half of the strength, love, wisdom, and grace that I see in you, Nicole, and in your family.

Continuing to life you all up to our All in All.

We were at the hospital today as Juliet will have surgery on Monday. We were running from one appt to the next trying to get out so we could tackle the what turned out to be a four hour drive home. Nevertheless I feel so dumb that I couldn't find any words to say other than we are thinking of all of you. But what do you say? Your love of Lucy could move mountains. I hope that you all are finding peace.

I hope that Lucy, Jack, Megan & Sophia received the cards my daughter and her classmates made. When your request to shower Lucy with Love was shared by wtsda region 8, I let my daughter Olivia read it and in turn wanted to make a difference and send some love and support
